Education is a sacred and ever glowing in the development of human beings. It awakens and brings out the hidden talent of a child. It brings from dark to light, it develops al round development of the child. It never dries up.

Once upon a time Rattihalli fell behind in the field of education, but the people were quite well off. They had fabulous wealth but education dried up. Under this circumstances this small village found the secondary education in 1954. Shree Kumareshwara Education Associations members N.V Aghanashinikar, Late Gudangoudar Pyatigoudara, Shri S.V.Dyavallkar, H.M.Angargatti, V.R.Bhimappanavar & honorable secretary Sri. M.R.Jawali and with the help of surrounding people with the presence of Sri. C.U.Banakar Primary School Was Started. This school was started in Mahalakshmi Temple then this was shifted to Basavanna Goddess Temple. That time the student strength was 25. Mr. C.R.Patil has taken the authority and became the Headmaster of the School.

In 1957 this school was became famous and shifted to Sri Kumareshwar swami matth. Then in the year 1958 school got the grant from government. In the year 1959, got the permission for starting 8^th standard. The chairman of the Association late N.V.Aghanashinikar presented and constructed the building.

The first batch of SSLC Student Came out in the year 1960-61. And 1968 another four rooms were constructed. In the need of more rooms the member was constructed another four room in the year 1969. In the same year this school got the grant to open year PUC. (entrance) from Karnataka University. For our requirement Association gave the permission to open Junior Collage in 1971-72.

In the view of increasing capacity of Student our association started the Girls high school in 1972. Shreemati Shantadevi Mallwada was open the ceremony of Girls High school and now Smt. P.R.Tatti is leading the team as Headmistress.

They established the job orient education for the purpose of self employment.

M.N.Guddalli had taken over the charge of Principal in 1971. He is educationist good administrator and successful writer. Under his administration the institution achieved the path of glory and taken onwards they are Mr. Aadhi became principal and dedicated his life for the development of the institution. 1994 Kumari Shobha secured 10th Rank in P.U.C., Kumar Vinay Advani Secured 11th rank in S.S.L.C Examination. Our student got high place in Kho-Kho. In this scientific age our glorious institution step in 21st century with successful wings. Shri. Kumareshwara Vidhya Vardhaka Sangha is celebrated Silver jublie in 1997.
